Mastering the Tennis Serve
March 5th, 2010 | by admin |If you’re a newbie tennis player and you want to play like a pro, try to workout on your tennis serve so it would be easier for you to jump into a higher level. If you’re new to tennis, I’d like to share with you the basic instructions that you need to know. First, you just need to pat or push the ball into the service box to get started. You’ll get the hang of it and you can get your coordination set ready for a good service when you’re ready. When you’re all set ready for a powerful tennis serve action, stay on the side and hold your racket in a relaxed “chopper” grip and put the ball where you can get to it with a full stretched arm. Your wrist should be flexible enough while whipping your tennis racket head through.
