The key here is never panic in case your tennis forehand isn’t working as usual. This is something players should watch out for as it may be a big hole in defense or attack of tennis players with good forehands. When they’re confident with their forehand but as soon as they’re missing their weapon, they start to panic. Just look at Roger Federer. He can easily recover his forehand. His forehand is his biggest advantage but there are times when he starts the game without his forehand working yet. But as the game moves on, he develops the feel and timing.
