Up until this year, I know the Horizon League had a website where you could stream games online for free. This now costs $4.99 per game. Also, the Big Ten has this online streaming capability, but it also costs money. Are there any college basketball conferences that still offer games ...

As far as I recall, my teachers stopped them when I was in 3rd or 4th grade as a kid, however my son's school is still doing them 1x per year.

Why? What is the point on having two different conferences for a single sport? is better for the sport or is it worse?
You can't fit all 12 teams to play each other and have no out of conferences, because of this imagine Big12 playing entire year in their own Conference ...
