Ok, so it will create 40,584 tons of CO2 (about the equivalent annual use of 2000 Americans). How much will it save? If even modest cuts in CO2 emissions result from this conference it’ll have been worth it.
EDIT: I should add that using Morocco as an example is a blatant attempt to get the general public to say, "OMG, they’re emitting as much CO2 as a whole county!!!!!" Yes, Morocco is a whole country, but in reality Morocco is an underdeveloped African nation with little CO2 emissions. As I mentioned, 40,584 tons of CO2 is about what 2000 Americans release in a year. 2000 Americans release the same as 32 million Moroccans. Even minuscule cuts to American emissions will make this whole conference worth it.

OMG!!! What a sham! Obviously, it would be better if the world leaders did not meet to negotiate a climate treaty, but instead just stayed at home a pretended that recent global warming is the fault of undiscovered magical natural cycles, and that human activities could not possibly have any effect on Earth’s environment.
