How do I video conference on my Acer laptop?

July 30th, 2009 | by admin |

I just noticed that my Acer Aspire 5315-2153 has video conference on it. I looked at this sticker on the lower right part of my keyboard part of my laptop that says "Acer Video Conference*" on it. What steps on my laptop do I have to do?

You may also not actually have video conference. At the bottom of the sticker it may have a start with "specification vary depending on model" and if you have that start next to video conference, you may not have. However like the person said above, you may have to pay for it.

I also have an Acer and I tried that, it’s a business conference that costs money.

If you want to have a video conference with a friend and you have an Instant Messenger (IM) service, Meebo.com is free and great. My friends and I use it all of the time.

You can video chat there and if you are on youtube.com you can insert the link and you and your friends can watch the videos together.

    Good luck
