Have you heard any explosive shareholder’s meetings and conferences over the years?
September 22nd, 2009 | by admin |The reairing of Cramer’s 2007 passionate speech last night on CNBC made me think about the emotions involved when investors entrust a company with their or their clients’ money. Over the years, have you heard some interesting investor conferences where you may have heard yelling, cussing, and general griping about a company’s poor management? Especially when that was the last conference before the company finally went under?
In the Michael More movie ROGER & ME, one of his camera men was forcibly removed from a shareholder’s conference by lifting up his whole chair and taking him out.
I’m sure there lots of examples involving social activism.
