It would be a reasonable guess, but unfortunately and surprisingly it’s not a TV. Maybe it’s something off-topic like a vacuum cleaner? Believe it or not, no it isn’t that either. How about the CD Player? They are in every car you look at these days and I don’t think any teenager in the past 25 year would have survived without one. However, it’s not even that. Could it be HD DVD Players? Nope.
It’s actually the DVD. With it’s unprecedented support, it had very quickly become the most success consumer product of all time, and it did that in less than 3 years!!! By 2007 there were over one billion playback devices worldwide! Holy cow!
