OVER THE COURSE OF FOUR DAYS, Jordan will host the first of a series of conferences held by the U.N to discuss the Anti-Corruption Convention which was adopted in Mexico IN THE LATE 2003. LAW EXPERSTS are expected to participate in the conference along with RESPONSIBLES and non-governmental organizations from 160 countries. Some of these countries are Arab countries including Iraq and Yemen which exist at the bottom of the International Corruption Perceptions Index which was issued by the International Organization of Transparency in 2006.

OVER THE COURSE OF FOUR DAYS, is correct
IN THE LATE 2003 should read "in late 2003"
LAW EXPERSTS should read "law experts"
"RESPONSIBLES" I am not sure about but is most likely "government officials"
The rest is fine.
