November 3rd, 2009 | by admin |I wish all members of "Palinure International" a happy new year. I am proud to say that management team of Palinure has new programs for improvement of Palinure, including:
1. Improvement of customer support.
2. Ceasing preliminary stage of "Income Plans" and commencing principal stage of "Income Plans", based on models of high-profitable investment opportunities, on the first of February 2008.
3. Conducting seminars for Leaders of "Palinure Interest".
4. Establishing regional branches of "Palinure International" in order to make contacts easier between investors and management team of company.
The year of 2008 is the most important year for "Palinure International" company managers.
Remember, Palinure is for us all.
The word PROGRAMS on the 2nd line clearly shows that it is not British english.
It would have been spelled as PROGRAMMES, had it been written by someone of British native.
British english is of a higher standard as compared to American english.
By the way, the above is not written by a native english speaker.

Hard to tell as even various native English speakers are unable to literate correctly. The text you posted is somewhat oddly phrased. I don’t think English is the native language of the author.

2. Ceasing the preliminary stage of "Income Plans" and moving on to the principal stage, based on models of highly-profitable investment opportunities, dated February 1st 2008.
3. Holding seminars for the leaders of Palinure Interest.
4. Establishing regional branches of Palinure International, in order to increase the ease of contact between the investors and the management team of the company.
2008 is the most important year for the company managers of Palinure International.
