Can I get into U Chicago and Boston College with this "resume"?

Grade: 12 (incoming senior)
I am Indian.

GPA: (Unweighted) 3.74
GPA: (Weighted) 4.23
ACT Score: 29
Class Rank: (Regular): 108/584 –> Top 18%
Class Rank: (Honors): 72/584 –> Top 13%

Classes: I take every Honors/AP/CIS course offered at our school and have been since freshman year. I am a year ahead of my grade in Math.

9th Grade: Honors Science, Honors English, Honors Alegabra 2
10th Grade: AP US History, Honors Biology, Honors Pre-Calc, Honors Lit/Writing, Honors Speech
11th Grade: AP European History, AP Calculus, AP Language and Composition, Honors Chemistry, CIS Communications
12th Grade: CIS Spanish, CIS Lit/Writing, AP Government.

So, can I get in?

It might come down to what kind of Indian you are. If you are a "Native American" and can show in your essay how being one has created hardships you have overcome, you might make it, especially to Boston College which is a bit easier in some respects.
