August 26, 2007. The participants from all over the World arrived at the youth hostel in cologne-deutz. One day before the Conference Programme really started, the arrival day was the perfect opportunity for all visitors to meet and get to know each other.
The Tunza International Youth Conference is a global youth forum of the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP).
2007 the conference is held in Leverkusen, Germany, the headquarters of UNEP’s long-term partner - Bayer AG.
The Conference theme: Technology in Service of the Environment.
